President's Message

Hello Booster Club Families!!

Happy 2025!  I hope January is off to a good start for you and your family.  We wrapped up 2024 with a successful Elf Week. Thank you to all the families that donated money, food and your time!  A big thank you to Lesley Clark for planning a great week for our teachers and staff.  The Board had a great time passing out the monetary gifts on Friday and personally thanked our awesome teachers and staff for all they do for our kids.  They were all very appreciative and this was made possible by our awesome parents, so I want to give you a heartfelt thank you for all of your support and appreciation that you showed the Valley View Staff!

2025 is off to a great start and we are looking forward to a fun spring. We will continue to grant teacher requests that benefit their professional development, give money for projects for our students and purchase special supplies for the classrooms.  We also will be planning STEM night, more information to come soon.  We will need volunteers to help with concessions during spring sports.  We will celebrate Teacher Appreciation week and send off our 8th Graders with a fun celebration and remembrance of their time at Valley View!

We are looking to fill positions on our board members and committee leads for next year.  I encourage you to get involved.  It's great to support our school and give back, we really have lots of options and can find a place for you to help.  Feel free to reach out if you have interest in getting more involved.

Our next Booster Club meeting will be on Wednesday, January 15th at noon in the office conference room.  All parents are welcome to attend!  Come learn more about upcoming activities and happenings with the Booster Club and Valley View!

Thanks again for all of your support throughout this year.  I welcome your suggestions, involvement and leadership in 2025!

Thank you,

Chrissie Tuetken
